This class will take place on August 23rd, at 6:30pm.
We will be enjoying a tasting of their most popular cheese, Roxanne, a gouda made with cow’s milk rubbed in Sumac and aged for at least 90 days.
Along with a discussion about different farming choices, what makes Oakland farms unique in their own way, and other findings I discovered through visiting the farm and research afterwards. This class will not only explore the cheese itself but invite conversation that goes deeper into how we consume product and how it affects our lives in more than one way.
